- A Holiday Greeting From
Diversified Mortgage Group…
Twas the week before Christmas
and all through the state,
The houses were selling and rates were still great!
With the Realtor driving and 10 houses to see,
Roaming the streets in search of a “turn key”.
The buyers were nestled all snug in their seats,
After showing 9 houses their agent was beat!
When out of the blue they found one just right,
They settled the contract that very same night.
They called Diversified Mortgage Group to get the job done,
Best rates, and fast service, they’re A number one!
They chose a home loan to best suit their needs,
And then closed their loan just a quick as you please.
The Realtors were happy, another great loan,
The couple ecstatic in their new dream home.
Let Diversified Mortgage Group help your client’s wishes come true,
Seasons Greetings, Happy New Year, from all of us to you!

- Pros and cons of working from home.
I've been working from home for the past 2 years and feel like I've really stagnated. I thought it was going to be so ideal to be home and take care of my family while I'm at it. But it turns out, it's so distracting and loney. The funny thing too is that it seems when family and friends know you work from home, they seem to think it's ok to talk on the phone for a long time.
I also have an excuse to watch my favorite noon time show "Wowowee" since I like to cook at lunch time for dinner.
Then 3pm rolls around and of course the kids start rolling in and turn on the TV full blast. It's so distracting. I finally had a door put in to my Living room/Home office.
Anyway, after all these years at home, I decided I needed a change so I took the plunge. I interviewed with several different companies and I think I found a winner! I wish I knew about this company way back.
I have a feeling they are going to really help me build up my potential to even more than I thought I even had. I think it makes a huge difference where you work and who you work for. What do you think?
- Joke of the day...
After being laid off from three jobs in the past year, Dewey was hired to work in a warehouse.
Unfortunately, one day he lost control of the forklift and drove it off the loading dock. Surveying the damage, the owner shook his head and said, "I'm sorry, Dewey, but I'm going to have to withhold 10 percent of each of your paychecks until we recover the costs of the damage."
"How much will it cost?" Dewey asked.
"About $5,000," the owner replied.
"Finally!" Dewey exclaimed. "Job security!"
- Can someone recommend a good website company specifically for mortgage companies? I found a good one but cost is $300 up front plus $99/month. Seems kinda high. Any suggestions?

“When Can I buy again after a Bankruptcy, short sale or foreclosure?” I get this question all the time and I finally got smart and decided to post it here for everyone. These guidelines have changed quite a bit over the past three years (becoming... more | Guestbook | |
